JOSH HOLLY def. MULLIGAN
Josh Holly went 2-0 in Overdrive with back-to-back wins over powerful opposition. Mulligan brought it to Jump Start, but Josh Holly’s underhanded tactics once again prevailed - using the referee first as a human shield, then as a weapon - pushing him against the ropes and causing Mulligan to lose his balance, which lead to the victory.
ALEXANDER HYDE w/ DUKE DEGNAN def. LEON CAGE
The tension in the room was palpable when Alexander Hyde stepped foot into an Overdrive ring for the first time. Duke Degnan’s monster was mighty and impressive, throwing Leon Cage around the ring with immense power - Cage put up a fight as he always will, even having Hyde on the back-foot at one point, with the ‘Gargano Escape’ submission - but a distraction from Degnan gave Hyde the opportunity to finish off his opponent and pick up the win.
HARRISON BENNETT & TILLY ROSE def. ALEX VAUGHAN & ECHO
Tilly Rose made her hometown debut along fellow Cwmbran resident Harrison Bennett, representing the NP44 against Alex Vaughan and Echo. The hometown heroes picked up the win in an entertaining tag team main event with Tilly pinning Echo after a super kick. Alex Vaughan didn’t take kindly to his second loss in a row, attacking Bennett from behind after the match, and despite Tilly’s efforts to stop him - the show ended with Bennett & Rose laid out, and Alex Vaughan’s head high.
